It is with great pleasure that we write this letter regarding Dennis Hardin, our real estate agent with whom we now consider a friend.
As not only first time home buyers but also moving to Bozeman from out of state and not familiar with the area, we were worried that the process would be stressful and
intimidating. It was in fact just the opposite experience. Both Dennis and his wonderful assistant Karen were in constant contact with us before we even arrived in
Bozeman, sending us listings along with video walkthroughs of our top choices. As soon as we arrived in the area he spent an entire day showing us around the city so
that we would be familiar with the different communities. His counsel and direction helped tremendously as we weeded through 100+ listings. He was always very
informative, courteous, friendly, extremely patient, and best of all very honest. We never felt rushed to look quickly or make a decision quickly (even when we asked to
look at the same property multiple times). We were impressed with how knowledgeable Dennis was about all things inside and outside of each house. We
appreciated the quick responses we received to all of our questions. He was also very accommodating to our schedule, as we were limited to when we could tour homes.
Dennis went above and beyond the call of duty (even submitting a buy sell agreement after hours on his birthday so that the seller would receive our offer first – and it
worked!!), doing all the leg work and making sure that we were taken care of no matter what.
Now that we've been in our house for a month or so he has continued to provide us
with advice and help us find contractors that we can trust and rely on.
He helped us find a great neighborhood that we LOVE and a home that is just perfect
for our growing family. If we decide to buy another house somewhere down the road we wouldn't go with anyone else.
